As the Co-Founder and CEO of Polysight, an AI-native regulatory intelligence platform, she is helping healthcare organisations move from fragmented compliance data to structured, decision-ready insights.

Her work is grounded in a deep founder-operator journey. Dr. Patel previously founded and scaled KloudScript, a pioneering specialty pharmacy market access and hub services platform that was successfully acquired by Transaction Data Systems. This evolution—from clinical practice to healthcare SaaS and AI-enabled workflow transformation—gives her a rare, hands-on perspective on what it takes to build and scale in high-stakes industries.

Beyond her own ventures, Dr. Patel is a driving force in corporate governance and the global startup ecosystem. She brings active board experience across founder-led, healthcare tech, and international growth companies, serving as an independent director for Gewalt Hamilton Associates, OneroRx, and PharmAgent AI. She also acts as a vital bridge for Kiwi innovation, advising New Zealand companies entering the U.S. market through New Zealand Trade and Enterprise.
