Masood is the Founding Partner and CEO of Bridgewest Group, a global investment firm with a track record of building transformative companies across biotech, hitech, and beyond. His expertise in international strategy and operations has guided countless startups from their earliest days through market expansion and sustained success.

Before Bridgewest, Masood and his brother founded Wireless Facilities, Inc., a pioneering force in wireless connectivity that helped improve the lives of billions across more than 60 countries. His leadership has been recognised with honours including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, and the Visionary of the Year Award.

Beyond business, Masood is deeply committed to philanthropy. Together with his wife Surinder, he founded the Lotus Children Foundation and supports causes spanning education, housing, and first responder communities.

Masood holds a Ph.D. in mobile radio propagation and an M.S. in electronics engineering. His insights into entrepreneurship, investment, and the future of deep tech are informed by decades of building companies that leave a global mark.
