At Alimetry, a pioneering company transforming the diagnosis of gastric disorders, Hanie led global strategy and operations, secured US market adoption, and built high-performing teams across multiple continents. Her earlier leadership at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare and Roche gave her the depth to bridge the worlds of established corporates and high-growth ventures.

She is a driving force in New Zealand’s healthtech ecosystem, serving on the MedTech & Surgical Investment Committee at Return on Science, mentoring with KiwiNet and Momentum, advising startups like Humble Bee Bio, and guiding research translation as a board member at Te Tītoki Mataora.
