Innovation Pipelines, Regulatory Strategy, and Scaling Manufacturing.

From foundational science in agribusiness to spearheading pharmaceutical innovation across the Pacific, Fraser Hodgson has built a career mastering the intersection of research, regulation, and commercial success.

As the General Manager of Virbac New Zealand and Director of Innovation & Regulatory Affairs for the Pacific, he oversees the entire lifecycle of veterinary technologies—from R&D and business development to manufacturing, quality control, and overall financial performance across Australia and New Zealand.

His work is backed by over two decades of global leadership in the health and veterinary sectors. Before his current dual mandate at Virbac, Fraser directed the company's Large Animal Business across the UK and Ireland. His extensive operational journey also includes serving as Chief Operations Officer at airmid healthgroup, alongside senior commercial and veterinary leadership roles at Chanelle and Bomac. With a robust educational foundation spanning science, marketing, and international selling, he possesses a rare, end-to-end view of what it takes to bring highly regulated products to global markets.

At Impactful Innovation, Fraser will share an executive's masterclass on how to align ambitious R&D with rigorous regulatory strategy and commercial execution, giving founders the operational blueprint required to scale physical products within complex, high-stakes industries.
