She began in institutional finance at Franklin Templeton Investments, analyzing global technology equities, before transitioning to Amazon, where she led key product management and finance initiatives across both Amazon Retail and AWS. Today, as Director at In-Q-Tel (IQT)’s Australia office, she oversees investment coverage across Australia, New Zealand, and Japan, with a primary focus on Enterprise Software and AI Enablement.

Through IQT, a strategic investor dedicated to delivering cutting-edge technology capabilities, Diana actively shapes the frontier tech ecosystem across Australasia.
