Adam Gickling

Adam brings over two decades of expertise in operational strategy, capital raising, and corporate finance to the Bridgewest Group, where he serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Since joining Bridgewest in 2000, Adam has acted as the operating CFO for multiple private equity portfolio companies. Drawing on extensive, first-hand experience in M&A, he builds the foundational operational structures (spanning finance, accounting, legal, and human resources) that allow early-stage ventures to scale efficiently. Through his servant leadership style, Adam ensures that robust internal teams empower founders to focus on exactly what they do best: transforming bold ideas into powerful, market-ready solutions.

He holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, offering founders a highly practical blueprint for structuring and resourcing high-growth global enterprises.
